In her memoir “Unbreak My Heart,” Toni Braxton revealed that as soon as she signed her first solo record deal she began the process of undergoing a rhinoplasty, or nose job. She described always being unhappy with and wanting to change her nose. She went on to admit she had a breast augmentation and expressed the desire to have liposuction on her inner thighs.
Many other celebrities have admitted to having nose jobs over the years, including several reality show, television and movie stars.

A new zest for nose jobs in the world of cosmetic procedures is thanks in part to our present selfie obsession. Research shows that selfies can distort our facial features and make our nose appear 30 percent larger than it really is.
